1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck778 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the ck778 platform accessible at ck778.app, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account features, customer support services, and payment processing facilities made available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during onboarding, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the ck778 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and entirely for recreational entertainment purposes;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

These Terms are supplemented by ck778's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and ck778. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy document, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ck778 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register an account and use the ck778 platform if all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

ck778 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any time we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by ck778 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made to such an account will be returned via the original payment method. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration & Security

The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and your preferred deposit currency (Bangladeshi Taka — BDT). All fields are mandatory and must be completed accurately.

3.1 Account Security

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses cancelled and may be permanently suspended without payout of disputed balances.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ck778 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and at all subsequent points of identity verification;
• Use the platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment — not for professional arbitrage, syndicate betting, or any commercial purpose;
• Refrain from attempting to access or interfere with any part of the platform's technology infrastructure, including but not limited to servers, databases, APIs, and security systems;
• Not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted betting software to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider-information betting in connection with any sporting event covered by the ck778 sportsbook;
• Not attempt to launder money through the ck778 platform by depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity;
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse ck778 customer support staff or other platform users via live chat or any other communication channel;
• Not use VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to circumvent geographic or account-level access restrictions applied by ck778.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending bonuses, and, where ck778 determines that fraudulent activity has taken place, forfeiture of the account balance pending investigation. ck778 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering, to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ck778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance;
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• ck778 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of applicable law;
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received and actioned;
• ck778 is required to close the account by any applicable regulatory or legal obligation.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms or suspected fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ck778 account may do so at any time by contacting the ck778 support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck778's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ck778 account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck778 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if ck778 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck778 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party payment provider outages, or unforeseen disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. ck778 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance windows to players in advance via the platform's announcement system.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ck778's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ck778's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ck778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — including changes that affect player rights, bonus conditions, payment terms, or eligibility requirements — ck778 will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform's dashboard upon next login, and by updating the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes are minor, administrative, or clarificatory in nature, ck778 may update the Terms without individual player notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The most current version of the Terms is always accessible at ck778.app/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the ck778 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8 of these Terms. ck778 will not retroactively apply new Terms to wagers or transactions completed before the effective date of the update.
